The Minister of Tourism will visit Moscow in the coming days, as part of his tour of tourist markets of high interest for Greek tourism, in view of the upcoming opening for 2021, where he will have a series of contacts with representatives of public and private bodies from the tourism Russia

In particular, the program of contacts that the Minister of Tourism will have in Moscow is as follows:

On the afternoon of Wednesday 14/4, the Minister will attend the opening of the Photography Exhibition, in the context of the year of Greek-Russian history.
The next day, 15/4, Mr. Theocharis will have official meetings with Zarina Doguzova, head of the Federal Service for Tourism (Rostourism) and Deputy Minister of Transport Dimitri Zverev. A common topic of discussion at all meetings are issues related to tourism, rules and protocols for market opening and borders, but also the further development of relations between Greece and Russia, especially in the tourism sector.
On Friday 16/6 he will meet with Kristorov Alexandrovich Konstantinidis, Deputy Head of the Culture, Sports, Tourism and National Policy Department of the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as with Mr. Dimitris Sarakianidis, Honorary Consul of Greece President of the Russian Geographical Society, Nikolai Kasimov.
Also, during his stay in the Russian capital, the Greek Minister of Tourism will meet with the Greek Consul in Moscow, with Greek expatriates, Russian officials and investors, with the Greek coach of CSKA Moscow Dimitris Itoudis, but also the owner of the team.

Due to the great interest for the resumption of tourism, Mr. Theocharis will also have meetings with representatives of leading tourist groups and agencies from Russia (Biblio Globus, Pegas, Ambotis, Coral, TUI).
