PANHELLENIC PIANO AND GUITAR COMPETITIONS

SPRING 2021 MAY 7-9 ATHENS CONCERT HALL

The MusicArte Music Training Group is holding next year Panhellenic Piano and Guitar competitions. They are addressed to piano students aged 5-18 and guitar 5-21, who live in Greece and Cyprus. The competitions will take place on May 7-9 at the Athens Concert Hall.

Their main feature is the detailed and analytical organization of the material in relation to the age of the young pianists and guitarists, so that the final evaluation is accurate and in line with the real and artistic value of the contestants.

The committees include educators and artists who are a guarantee for their perfect realization.

The conditions of the competitions are pedagogically “appropriate” so that the participants feel comfortable and express in the best way their talent and what they have been taught.

There are prizes and commendations for all categories and participants, as the Competitions primarily reward participation, which pushes children to progress and development.

The teachers of the contestants will receive an honorary diploma of participation.

Competitions and covid19

The competitions will take place normally and are not affected by the developments of the pandemic. Alternatives have been designed depending on the health situation that will prevail at that time.

Applications for participation until April 26 (2021).

This year’s Piano Competition is dedicated to Theodoros Antoniou and the Guitar Competition is dedicated to Charalambos Ekmektsoglou.

The competitions are held under the auspices of the International Cultural Federation 21st Century (ICF).
